Print and complete the form by providing the necessary information.

Payment of BDPS Membership Fee
Life Member 10,000 Tk
Regular Member 1,000 Tk
Associate Member 500 Tk

Step-4

Scan the completed form along with all the necessary documents listed below.

• Completed Membership Form
• Recent passport size photo.
• BMDC certificate.
• Postgraduate degree certificate.

  (For Associate Member, Authentication Letter from Departmental Head)

Send the membership form and all the documents to the official email address.
